Supporting Mothers, Babies and families Through Occupational Therapy

About Your Occupational Therapist

Supporting Mothers, Babies & Families Through Life’s Biggest Transition.

Motherhood brings profound emotional, physical, and sensory changes — yet so many women feel unprepared, overwhelmed, or unsupported in those early stages.

I created Your Occupational Therapist to provide a space where both mothers and babies feel supported, seen, and cared for. My focus is on helping you find calm, confidence, and connection in the early years of motherhood.

What We Do

We specialise in postnatal occupational therapy, blending maternal mental health, infant development, and family wellbeing.

Our work is:

  • Grounded in evidence but practical for everyday life
  • Rooted in compassion and respect for your unique journey

Delivered flexibly — in a way that fits around your family.

Why OT/ Occupational Therapy?

Occupational Therapy supports the way we live, connect, and care. Which is why it’s such a powerful tool in the postnatal space.

As OT’s, we bring together mental health, infant development, sensory processing, and practical strategies so you can feel more regulated, supported, and confident in your day-to-day with your baby. It’s not about fixing.

It’s about understanding what you and your baby need to feel more connected, settled, and well.
